Sapphire Balustrades was the choice for 24 new waterside apartments with panoramic river and marina views. The Hamptons at Gillingham Marina in Kent is situated within the Medway Renaissance Regeneration Project, a new residential and commercial quarter on the banks of the River Medway. Sapphire Balustrades manufactured and installed structural glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails for external and internal applications in the development, bringing added value and buyer appeal to the luxury landmark development.<br> <br> Clear glazed balconies from Sapphire's Crystal frameless, structural glass system complement the contemporary aesthetic of The Hamptons' striking facade with its bright white render and natural cedar boarding. Because the new development is located on the Medway estuary, marine grade stainless steel was specified for all external handrails, which is highly resistant to atmospheric corrosion and will ensure handrails retain their pristine, polished finish with minimal maintenance.
