A new report from the Housing Forum looks at the lessons emerging from the first two years of demonstration projects. Emerging issues and lessons reveals that 95 projects have been accepted providing 28,000 units with a construction value of £854 million. <p></p><p>The projects address issues such as sustainability, manufactured housing and partnering the supply chain.
