North London-based finance firm Regentsmead was named Best Development Lender for the second year in a row at the Bridging and Commercial Finance Awards, held at The Tower of London on June 27. <br> <br> Regentsmead, headed by chief executive James Bloom, was nominated by brokers throughout the UK. Katie-Jill Rowland, editor of award organiser Bridging and Commercial, said: “Ultimately, the lenders who won each of our 13 prestigious awards were those who delivered the best products and the best service to their brokers. <br> <br> “When the judging panel met to decide who most deserved to win the Best Development Lender Award 2011, they were able to observe just how delighted the broker community were with Regentsmead. This lender received more nominations than any other company, as well as a broad array of positive intermediary references.” <br> <br> James Bloom said: “We will not rest on our laurels and we will be continuing the hard work.”<br> <br>
