Taylor Wimpey ceo Pete Redfern has joined the board of the Home Builders Federation.<br> <br> Redfern, who is a trustee of homeless charity Crisis, chair of the CBI's Homebuilders Group and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, said that HBF plays a vital role in representing the industry. "This is a critical time and it is vital that we work closely with all stakeholders to find ways of increasing housing supply. I am keen to play my part," he said.<br> <br> HBF executive chairman Stewart Baseley welcomed Redfern to the board: "He will supplement and enhance the skills of the existing board members and I look forward to working closely with him."
