<p><br>Bovis has seen legal completions rise to a record 1,601 new homes in the half year to the end of June 2016, 5% up on last year. Weekly private sales rates per site stood at 0.62, in line with 2015. The firm says that after a strong period of selling during the spring, sales rates have followed a normal seasonal reduction into the summer period. "We continue to see a healthy level of interest on our active sites," says Bovis.</p> <p>The group launched 21 new sales outlets in the first half year. With a quicker rate of sale on some sites, closure rate has accelerated so the average number of active sales outlets is stable in the year to date.
