Security oasis <br><br>BPT Security Systems (UK) – a specialist in door entry, access control, gate and home automation – has launched a new switch panel for its Hoasis home automation system. The stainless steel switch panel works in conjunction with the Hoasis system to activate or deactivate individual lights or groups of lights, instead of using a remote control or individual light switches. The switch panel is a customised product, labelled with the item or scenario it controls. In addition to controlling the lighting, the Hoasis system can be used to manage all non-essential items and cut off all potential wasteful equipment such as standby controls and audio and TV. The panel can also reduce heating or turn it off, and will text the homeowner if the alarm system is activated.<br><br>Armour entertainment update <br><br>Armour Home has updated its keypad modules for the Systemline modular multi-room entertainment system. The keypads are compatible with wallplate brands, such as MK Euro Data and Btincio, offering improved wallplate integration with other home automation solutions such as lighting controls and EIB home automation.
