<p><span>NHBC has announced its Pride in the Job 2023 Quality Award winners, celebrating the best UK site managers and their commitment to raising standards in housebuilding.</span></p> <p><span>Out of more than 8,000 entrants across the UK, only 444 were selected as Quality winners, NHBC said, which showed they were “among the country’s best housebuilders”.</span></p> <p><span>The Pride in the Job awards have been running for 43 years and are recognised as one of the most highly regarded in the housebuilding industry, providing a prestigious benchmark for exceptional site managers.</span></p> <p><span>The current competition began in July last year, with each site manager assessed across six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety.</span></p> <p><span>At this stage of the contest, thousands of site inspections and meticulous scoring and verifications have been undertaken, NHBC said.</span></p> <p><span>The awards consist of three categories for different-sized businesses: small, medium and large housebuilders.
