New homes quality champion and newly elected MP for Dover and Deal Natalie Elphicke has been appointed a PPS (Parliamentary Private Secretary) to the ministers of housing, communities and local government at the MHCLG.
Elphicke was previously the ceo of the Housing and Finance Institute and was last year appointed the new homes quality champion charged with taking forward discussions on the implementation of new homes quality reforms - specifically including the new homes ombudsman.
Elphicke will update the industry on progress in this important area when she addresses the HBF Policy Conference in London on March 31st.
