Popularity of part exchange increases

As market conditions cool in certain areas of the country the popularity of part exchange has re-emerged to generate more enquiries and sales, according to Steve Shaw, senior manager at funding-free part exchange provider The PX Partnership.<br><br>Steve Shaw, senior manager at The PX Partnership, confirmed: “Due to the buoyant market conditions last year many developers weren’t as dependent on part exchange as their buyers were able to sell their own properties relatively easily. In contrast, this year has seen an upturn in activity, demonstrating that offering part exchange as a valuable sales tool is on the increase.”<br><br>This is further evidenced by The PX Partnership, which says it has seen a marked increase in business levels compared to the same time last year, “as developers of all sizes strive to increase sales and reduce fall through rates”.<br><br>Shaw added: “We act on behalf of small regional builders who are often unable to offer part exchange, through to large nationals that use us where there is insufficient trade-up margin to use their own scheme and for other out of criteria cases.”<br><br><a href="http://www.px-partnership.co.uk">www.px-partnership.co.uk</a>
