<p><span>Persimmon has launched its consultation stage following the announcement of its Independent Review in April.</span></p> <p><span>The volume housebuilder said that the Independent Review team, led by Stephanie Barwise QC, anticipated reaching more than 100,000 people across the UK through its consultation website, interviews and direct engagement.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>The Review team hopes to hear from customers, suppliers, employees, trade bodies, civil servants, local authorities and experts from the wider industry to inform its report.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Persimmon said the consultation was seeking views on its construction and inspection regime; quality assurance processes, customer care approach, systems and culture; snagging and finish rectification processes; speed and consistency of response to issues; advertising and marketing protocols; and alignment of its governance and incentives in meeting customer outcomes.</span></p><p><span>The </span><a href="http://review.persimmonhomes.com/">consultation stage</a><span> will close on September 16.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Stephanie Barwise QC, said:</span><b> </b><span>“We want to hear from as many stakeholders as possible to give us the clearest picture for our Review.</span></p><p></p> <p><span> </span><span>“My team and I will have directly contacted 60,000 stakeholders and hope to see further input through the consultation website from a wide variety of people and organisations who have a relationship with Persimmon.
