The Crest Nicholson boss talks little about himself or his personal life, and there are few clues to the passions and inspirations of this carefully closed man in his immaculately tidy office in the company&amp;’s homely headquarters in Weybridge, Surrey. </b><br> Perhaps any photos or sporting trophies would be misleading anyway for, as he tells me more than once, there is no room for a man in his role to indulge personal passions. &amp;“Everything,&amp;” he says, &amp;“has to be shareholder driven.&amp;”<p></p><p> Callcutt is popular on the speaking circuit, delivering with some passion his messages of &amp;“social sustainability&amp;”, placemaking and community building.
