Barratt and Berkeley are among the developers shortlisted to develop one of London's largest regeneration projects , a 50 acre housing and office development at Silvertown Quays.<br> <br> <br> The site is south east of the Olympic park and would accommodate more than 4,000 homes. The Crossrail scheme is due to give much improved access to the site when it opens in 2017.<br> <br> <br> The London Development Agency has shortlisted seven developers for the scheme, with Barratt joining forces with British Land to bid.<br> <br>
