The New Homes Marketing Board has agreed a partnership with Smart New Homes to power its online property site new-homes.co.uk <br> <br> The new site will be officially launched in September and will combine NHMB's knowledge of new homes with the technical knowhow of Smart. <br> <br> As well as providing home buyers with a comprehensive search facility it will also hold an extensive library of information on issues important to potential purchasers including mortgages, customer protection and the benefits of new homes.<br> <br>
