<p><span>NHBC has announced the winners of its Pride in the Job Quality Awards in the first round of the competition which turns 40 this year.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>From more than 11,000 entrants, 450 UK site managers have scooped a Quality Award for 2020. “Being selected as one of the UK’s top site managers is a testament to their commitment to delivering quality homes for their customers,” NHBC said.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>The judging process for the well-regarded Pride in the Job is rigorous; the 2020 competition began in July 2019. Site managers were assessed across six crucial areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.</span><span></span></p> <p><span> For four decades, new home warranty and insurance provider NHBC has celebrated the “very best” site managers across the UK, demonstrating excellence and best practice and honouring the vital role site managers play in ensuring homes are delivered on time, “on safe sites and to exacting construction quality standards”.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>NHBC pointed to research it recently conducted revealing greater customer satisfaction with Pride in the Job award-winning sites compared to non-award winning ones. “The Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Survey results from 2015 to 2019 show that over 92% of home …
