<p><span>NHBC has appointed Tim Reid to the newly created role of customer relationship director and promoted Paul Edwards to senior regional director.</span></p> <p><span>Reid joins NHBC today (December 1) from Four Communications where he was md – group client services, a role which </span><span>comprised</span><span> business development activities with a focus on property, construction and regeneration.</span></p> <p><span>In his new role, Reid will lead NHBC’s business development activities in new and existing markets, and provide a principal contact for main board directors of NHBC’s builder customers.</span></p> <p><span>With more than 18 years’ experience at NHBC, most recently as regional director for the West and Wales region, Edwards </span><span>is now managing</span><span> the company’s team of regional directors who lead customer relations with NHBC’s clients regionally across the UK.</span></p> <p><span>David Campbell, NHBC’s commercial director, said: “I am delighted to be strengthening the senior commercial team with these key appointments.</span></p> <p><span>“Tim is an excellent addition, bringing a wealth of experience from the property, construction, and regeneration sectors, having previously held senior roles at Good Relations, TTA Group and London and Quadrant Group (Tower Homes).</span></p> <p><span>“Paul has demonstrated, very clearly, the capabilities and leadership to embrace the senior regional director role that he has recently held on an …
