On insight - a collection of industry insights from leaders in housing association development</a></i><span>, brings together senior figures within housing association development to share their thoughts on the sector.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>NHBC said that the important contribution of housing providers should not be underestimated, in the context of private renters feeling the effects of the cost of living and the increasing number of people seeking social housing.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>The collection of industry insights examines the state of play with the housing association sector and the challenges the organisations within it face, as well as looking to the future of social housing. The publication’s content spans attitudes towards affordable housing, diversity, construction methods, the role of for-profit providers and other issues.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Contributors include development leaders from L&amp;Q, Places for People and Clarion who share thoughts on planning hurdles, the role of women in the sector and how service delivery can be improved.
