NHBC has launched its 2025 business graduate programme, following the success of its inaugural scheme last year.
From tomorrow (May 15), the new homes warranty and insurance provider will open applications for the programme for three weeks.
Based at its headquarters in Milton Keynes, NHBC’s fully funded two-year training and development programme will start in September and allow graduates to learn about key aspects of the organisation, gaining invaluable experience as they work across the business, NHBC said.
Graduates will rotate every six months through various business areas - claims operations, commercial services, standards, innovation and research and finance.
Upon successful completion of the course, they will gain a permanent role with continuous development in either standards, innovation and research, underwriting, claims, business support and improvement, customer services or corporate strategy. When applying for the programme, graduates can choose their preferred business area.
NHBC’s business graduate programme, offering a starting salary of £27,500, is open to all graduates with a relevant degree qualification.
