NHBC honours Pride in the Job Supreme winners

<p>NHBC has revealed the four Supreme Award winners of its flagship Pride in the Job competition which celebrates its 40<sup>th</sup> anniversary.<span></span></p><p>In a virtual ceremony, hosted by NHBC’s ceo Steve Wood, the organisation honoured the best performing site managers in the UK in four categories, with those being crowned having won the three previous stages of the competition. </p><p>The winners, determined by an expert panel of judges, are:</p><ul> <li><b><span>Small builder category</span></b><span> – Aaron Parradine, Wickford Development Co, for his site in Dunmow, Essex</span></li> <li><b><span>Medium builder category</span></b><span> – Steve Walker, C G Fry and Son, for his site in Poundbury, Dorset</span></li> <li><b><span>Multi-storey builder category</span></b><span> – Mark Taylor, Canary Wharf Contractors, for his site in Canary Wharf, London</span></li> <li><b><span>Large builder category</span></b><span> – Kirk Raine, David Wilson Homes Mercia, for his site in Telford, Shropshire.</span></li> </ul><p>The site manager finalists were judged across six key areas affecting the quality of the home: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.</p><p>In its virtual event, NHBC also announced the runners up of the Awards:</p><p>·<span> </span> <b>Small builder</b> - Kevin Tonks, James O’Flanagan, for his site in the West Midlands</p><p><span> </span><b>Medium builder</b><span> – Stuart Gillespie, Mactaggart &amp; Mickel Homes, for …
