<p>NHBC has appointed two non-executive directors, Tesula Mohindra and Dr Teresa Robson-Capps, to its board of directors with immediate effect.</p> <p><span>Mohindra, a chartered accountant, has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial sector. She was previously managing director at JP Morgan and UBS, specialising in corporate finance for financial institutions and pension fund risk management. She has worked on establishing start-up businesses in the financial institutions sector.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Mohindra has also been appointed as a non-executive director of Close Brothers Group and is a Trustee of Children’s Charity, Variety.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Robson-Capps has held various executive and non-executive roles across the financial services, retail, technology and mobile industries. This includes a senior executive role at HSBC UK.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Currently she is a non-executive director of Fidelity U.K. Holdings and PPLPRS Ltd. Robson-Capps is also a Fellow of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
