Scottish housebuilder Heritage Homes has appointed <b>Fraser Conn</b> as sales and marketing director. He joins the firm from Beazer where he was sales and marketing director in the Edinburgh office. <p></p><p><br> <b>Mary Miller</b> has been appointed md of the firm's West Midlands region.
