The keynote speech at the HBF's Barker conference on February 23 will be given by David Miliband. Kate Barker, professor sir Peter Hall and James Paton, HM Treasury, will also be speaking at the London event alongside the communities and local government minister. The morning session will focus on the draft PPS3 and proposed planning gain supplement. HBF will also be launching the results of its first customer satisfaction survey, its skills strategy and an MMC report, all in response to Barker recommendations.
