Marley Eternit Cedral Weatherboard triumphs at Agincourt

Agincourt Estates has chosen Marley Eternit’s fibre cement Cedral Weatherboard as a low maintenance alternative to timber cladding on its exclusive development of New England style homes in the Wye Valley.

The Brooklands Monmouth development comprises three luxurious four-bedroom homes, which have been built by Agincourt Estates in a private setting in the heart of Monmouth.

Each home is clad in a subtly varied shade of Cedral Weatherboard, using Sand Yellow, Ochre and Beige from a palette of 23 colours and four woodstain finishes. A selection of Marley Eternit’s aluminium trims have also been used on the development to complement the Cedral Weatherboard and provide an effective finish, Marley says.

The client was initially drawn to the textured surface on Cedral Weatherboard, which echoes the aesthetic characteristics of timber. However, being made from fibre cement means that it provides a long term low maintenance solution, avoiding the need for homeowners to continually maintain their property.

www.marleyeternit.co.uk or enter E0120 on the reader enquiry card
