L&Q restructures development and sales team

<p><span>L&amp;Q has reorganised its development and sales division as part of its five-year strategy which will see changes to how it operates.</span></p> <p><span>The division, currently structured on a regional basis according to its projects inside London and across the country, will be reworked into four functional departments representing key areas of activity. All will be overseen by Vicky Savage, group director of development and sales.</span></p> <p><span>The four functional departments are:</span></p> <p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Development Growth, led by Jacqueline Esimaje-Heath, including strategic partnerships, business development and regeneration.</span></p> <p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Development Delivery, led by Neil Davis, including Barking Riverside, L&amp;Q’s in-house build, project management and aftercare functions.</span></p> <p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Strategic Sales, led by John Lumley, including L&amp;Q’s sales and marketing functions, homeownership team and L&amp;Q Estates, alongside L&amp;Q’s stock rationalisation programme.</span></p> <p><span>·<span> </span></span><span>Strategic Services, led by Jan Mackey, including L&amp;Q’s performance, policy and product functions, alongside L&amp;Q’s grant programme. </span></p> <p><span>L&amp;Q, one of the largest housing associations in England and a developer, said that this simpler structure would make the business “better equipped to deliver a consistent and reliable service to L&amp;Q’s customers and across its projects and regions”. </span><span></span></p> <p><span>Under its five-year Future Shape strategy, L&amp;Q plans to prioritise residents and put operational excellence “at …
