Lovell Later Living appoints md

<p>Paula Broadbent has been appointed to Lovell Later Living as its managing director.</p><p><span>Due to join on April 6, Broadbent comes to the business following the recent addition of Lovell Later Living to the Lovell brand, integrating with the Partnerships business to provide “aspirational” homes across all tenures for the older population.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The new recruit was previously retirement solutions director at ENGIE Places and Communities. Here, she established the LIFEstyle by ENGIE business which delivers later living communities.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Lovell said Broadbent brought more than 30 years of experience in offering services to older people and the over 55s market, and would lend her expertise in place shaping, master planning and developing solutions to “accelerate the delivery of housing and services for the over 55s” through public-private partnerships.</span></p><p></p><p><span>“LLL will make a significant difference to the quality of life for those who need it most and create longevity of housing and inclusive communities,” Lovell said.
