Lloyds Banking Group head of housing development Douglas Cochrane, one of the leading experts on mortgages and lending in the sector, will speak at this year’s Housing Market Intelligence conference in London in October.
He joins a strong line up of speakers which will provide key information and analysis on all aspects of the industry. They will include The Sunday Times economics editor David Smith, who will give his take on the economic outlook, and Knight Frank’s head of residential research Grainne Gilmore, who will share her highly informed view on the state of the market and the key issues affecting housing.
Homes and Communities Agency chief executive Nick Walkley will also address delegates, detailing the HCA’s key role in helping to increase new homes delivery.
