Linden Homes and Thames Valley Housing Association (TVH) have entered into a joint partnership to deliver homes for sale.<br> <br> Opal Land is the first corporate joint venture between a housebuilder and housing association to involve collaboration on multiple sites, the partners said.<br> <br> The partnership bought land at Bernard's School site in Langley, Slough, to build a mixed tenure scheme of 117 new homes alongside new and upgraded sports facilities for the school, with the first phase expected to complete in September.<br> <br> The joint venture has also purchased land along the Blackfriars Road in Southwark where Linden is currently seeking planning approval for a mixed use scheme.
