Leap of faith pays off for Black Millwork customers

In the midst of the construction of Spring Lake, Gloucestershire, property developer Watermark and builder New England Construction decided to look for a new window supplier for the luxurious waterfront properties in the Cotswolds. <br> <br> Essential to the specification process was the reliability of the product; they needed to know their clients would be satisfied with the performance of the windows in the long-term – with no warping or jamming. <br> <br> However, the new windows also had to offer an aesthetic match for the ones they had already installed. With such an ambitious criterion, New England Construction's Darren England was uneasy. <br> <br> It was only when Watermark’s Paul Jones found Black Millwork with its competitively priced range comprising a selection of finishes broad enough to include a good match, that they felt ready to make the leap. <br> <br> After road testing a variety of products such as casement, circle, and flexiframe windows(used for glazed gables), along with Gliding and French Doors in both inswing and out-swing from the Andersen 400 series, they are pleased they did make that transition.
