<p>Larkfleet Group has recruited ex-Kier Living’s Rob Crossland as its new construction director, with the company’s senior land manager David Morris promoted to land director.</p><p>Crossland spent 11 years at Kier’s housing arm Kier Living where he began as <span>a</span> construction manager. He was latterly construction director.</p><p>In his new role, Crossland will lead the construction team in safety, quality and customer satisfaction and ensure that schemes are delivered to time and budget.</p><p>Morris joined Larkfleet in 2016 as senior land manager and was previously Persimmon <span>Homes’ </span>strategic planning manager.</p><p>Now as land director Morris will oversee the group’s land portfolio and work with both internal and external stakeholders to bring forward sites. He will also source and co-ordinate new land opportunities.</p><p>Larkfleet’s ceo John Anderson, who also joined the group this year, said: “We’re really looking forward to having Rob join the team.
