<b><b>Induction hobs </b></b><br><b> Kuppersbusch manufactures induction-method cooking hobs. Induction is an energy efficient, safe cooking method based on induction coils under a ceramic glass surface producing electro-magnetic fields, which induce heat-producing currents in the base of cookware while the hob remains cool. The heating system is triggered by the pan size, so if removed, transfer immediately ceases. 80cm, 60cm and 30cm wide models are available, and all feature sensor touch pad controls with large LED displays. The hob is sufficiently thin to be installed over a built-in oven or drawer. </b><br><b><b>Kuppersbusch UK EO808 </b></b><br><b><b>Compact Neff</b></b><br><b> Neff has recently launched the model U1721 compact design built-in double oven for tight spaces. The larger sized oven has a Circotherm fan ducted system, including a defrost setting. The U1721 comes in stainless steel, white and black finishes, and a matching hob unit and hood is available.
