Kawneer has enhanced its offer to the residential and commercial sectors with the introduction of a high performance lift/slide door.<br> <br> Kawneer has launched a lift/slide door which offers panoramic viewing as well as good levels of thermal and weathering performance, according to the aluminium systems supplier.<br> <br> The AA3572's lift/slide technology uses stainless steel rollers to ensure smooth operation while the maximum panel sizes of 3m x 3m and weights of up to 400kg enable large areas of glazing to be used while still achieving slim sightlines.<br> <br> The system can achieve overall U-values as low as 0.8 with triple-glazing.<br> <br> Compatible with Kawneer's AA720 window series and AA-100 and AA-110 curtain walling systems, the AA3572 lift/slide door is available with fixed and sliding panels, in configurations of up to six panels.
