<p><span>Journalist and broadcaster John Pienaar is to chair this year’s HBF Policy Conference as the industry comes together to discuss and analyse the key issues facing housebuilders in 2022.</span></p><p><span>The conference, which will be held on May 12 at One Wimpole Street in London, will see experts assessing the impact of the major challenges facing the industry, including the road to net zero, building safety, quality and planning.</span></p><p><span>Homes England chairman Peter Freeman will discuss the work of the organisation and how it can partner with industry to increase the supply of quality new homes in England.
