<p><span>Larkfleet Group has appointed John Anderson as its new chief executive.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>Anderson, who was most recently executive director of Kier Living, takes over from founder of Larkfleet Karl Hick on July 1, with Hick stepping up to the role of chairman of the business.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>The incoming ceo has a wide ranging experience of the housebuilding market, including all aspects of general management in housebuilding and the residential development sector, land acquisition, mixed use property development and corporate turnaround and recovery.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>For the past ten years he worked at Kier Group, previously holding other senior roles within the industry, including ceo of Princegate Estates, md of Taywood Lifestyle Homes (part of the Taylor Woodrow Group) and group sales and marketing director of Taylor Woodrow Group.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>The new appointment comes as Larkfleet Group – including Larkfleet Homes and Allison Homes – plans to triple in size over the next five years, the business says.</span><span></span></p> <p><span>Anderson said: “I am delighted to have been appointed to this exciting role.
