One year after its management buyout, John Laing Partnership has launched a new private homes company called Intro under the guidance of JLP managing director Peter Taylor. It will deliver its first developments in Southgate, Edmonton and Clapton in London. <p></p><p>To smooth this process, Stuart Miller has been made deputy managing director of JLP and will look after the firm’s social housing programme. Sally Ingham becomes business development manager.</p>
