<p>Inland Homes’ group managing director Gary Skinner has left the business “with immediate effect”.</p> <p>The housebuilder and brownfield developer gave no further detail on Skinner’s departure, only stating that his employment with the company had “terminated” yesterday (April 5) and accordingly, he had stepped down from the board.</p> <p>Skinner joined Inland in 2016, after previously spending nine years at Willmott Dixon. </p> <p><span>Separately, Inland announced two land sales. It has sold the former Telephone Exchange in Staines, where the business achieved planning consent <span class="bn">for 206 homes in January, and phase 3 at Gardiners Park Village, Basildon, consisting of 74 units. Both have been sold to private housebuilders.
