<p><span class="bv"><span>Inland Homes has announced former Galliard Homes boss Don O’Sullivan as its chief executive following the retirement of founder and ceo Stephen Wicks in September.</span></span></p> <p><span>O’Sullivan, who took his post on December 6, was ceo of Galliard from July 2017 until March 2022. He joined the privately-owned company in 2001 as a contract manager. He grew the in-house capability of Galliard’s then-fledgling construction division, enabling it to deliver “some of the largest residential development projects in London,” Inland said.</span></p> <p><span>O’Sullivan progressed to group md of Galliard in 2012 before becoming group ceo five years ago. Under his direction, Galliard completed more than 5,000 homes, making aggregate profits of more than £250 million.</span></p><p><span class="bv"><span>During his tenure, he worked with major UK housing associations, banks, the private rented sector, public bodies and local authorities.
