If approved, the £1.4 million scheme will be built on Duffield Road in Derby.</p><b> </b><p><b>The Trustees Of the RC Diocese Of Southwark </b>have submitted outline plans for a residential scheme in London. Tomei Mackley Architects has been appointed to design the project, which consists of 26 houses and 24 flats. If approved, the £4 million development will be built on Valley Road in London.</p><b> </b><p><b>George Wimpey </b>has submitted detailed plans for a residential scheme in Grantham. Halliday Fraser &amp; Munro has been appointed to design the project, whichconsists of 27 houses. If approved, the £1.7 million development will be built on Fintray Road in Blackburn, Aberdeen.</p><b> </b><p><b>Paul Heard Properties </b>has submitted detailed plans for a residential scheme in Grantham. AJ Mears is designing the project, which consists of 24 flats. If approved, the £1.1 million development will be built on Earlsfield Lane in Grantham.
