Burrell Foley Fischer of London is involved in the £12 million scheme, which proposes more than 100 flats and four shops.</p><b> </b><p><b>Gleeson Regeneration </b>has submitted a detailed planning application for the construction of 73 houses and 24 flats. Axis Architecture is designing the £6.3 million scheme, which is at St Albans Road and City Road in Sheffield.</p><b> </b><p><b>Dunham Developments </b>has submitted a detailed planning application for the construction of 15 houses. CDP Architects is designing the £1.1 million scheme at Hollin Hall, Colne in Lancashire.</p><b> </b><p><b>Frederic Robinson </b>of Manchester has submitted plans for a residential development on the site of the Marquis hotel in Rhosybol. The £1 million scheme proposes 17 detached and semi-detached houses.</p><b> </b><p><b>City Gate Construction </b>has submitted detailed plans to Renfrewshire council for the construction of 31 flats at Castle Street, Paisley. The contractor is expected to begin on site in late 2006.</p><b> </b><p><b>Millhouse Developments </b>has submitted outline plans to Blyth Valley council for the construction of 80 houses at Chase Farm Drive in Blyth. The design is by GL Hearn of Manchester and is expected to commence during spring/summer 2007.</p><b> …
