Bracewell Stirling Architects is currently working on tender documentation for client <b>City Site Estates</b>.<br><br><b>Briden Construction </b>has submitted an outline planning application to Warrington borough council for the construction of 24 semi-detached houses. KKA Architects has been appointed to design the £1.7 million development.<br><br><b>South Somerset Homes </b>has submitted a detailed planning application for six three-bedroom houses, and eight one-bedroom houses at Woodhayes in Templecombe, Somerset. Alek Kasanin is dealing with the plans for the £1.1 million project. <br><br><b>Westcliff High School for Girls </b>has submitted an outline planning application for the construction of a three storey block containing 18 flats and six houses. Planning consultants Andrew Martin Associates is dealing with the plans for the £1.3 million scheme at Kenilworth Gardens in Westcliff-On-Sea.<br><br><b>Mr Clarke </b>has submitted an approval of reserved matters to Warrington borough council for a scheme which proposes the construction of 100 residential units. GL Hearn has been appointed to design the £6.6 million development.<br><br><b>Harlton Homes </b>of Kettering has submitted plans for a residential development in Kettering Road.
