<strong>DMH Planning</strong> designed plans for the construction of 70 flats in a five-storey block, with 70 car parking spaces at Jevington Gardens, Eastbourne. The project has now received the go ahead. Hi Tel International is the client for the £3.5 million project. <strong>Harding Homes</strong> is planning to build 23 luxury townhouses with garages at Waterside Place, East Street, Colchester. The tender return date for the project has been extended from February 27 to March 13. The quantity surveyor for the £4.8 million scheme is Dudley Smith Partnership and work on site is expected to start in April. <strong>St Paul &amp; Associates</strong> has received planning permission for the construction of 64 flats as part of a £2.6 million conversion of the former Norfolk Hotel at Hagley Road, Birmingham. <strong>Architects Fletcher Bennett</strong> from Birmingham is currently working on tender documentation. Peterborough Council has recently approved amended detailed plans submitted by <strong>Morris Homes (South)</strong> for the construction of 53 houses in the borough. The £3.9 million project is expected to start on site in April.
