<strong>Dunmore Construction</strong> has submitted plans to Banbridge District Council for permission to build 41 houses. The site is at Old Newry Road, Banbridge and Monaghan Tennyson Architects has been employed to design the scheme. Work will run for approximately 12 months once plans have been approved and a start on site date has been confirmed. <strong>Byworth Properties</strong> has submitted plans to Weymouth &Portland borough council for permission to build 23 houses andtwo apartments. The site is at the Perryfield Works, Pennsylvania Road in Portland. Lawray Partnership has been employed to design the scheme. Plans have been submitted for the construction of a one/two storey building with roofspace accommodation to provide 28 one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom sheltered flats with a residents’ lounge, house manager’s office and laundry room, at 19-23 High Street, Epping. The developer/builder for the £2 million project is <strong>McCarthy & Stone</strong>. <strong>Donald Harrison Homes</strong> has received detailed planning approval from St Albans district council for the construction of 20 houses and seven flats. The £2.2 million contract at Dunstable Road, St Albans, is expected to start on site shortly.
