IG Lintels has launched a new guide to steel lintels which it says will become a "valuable resource" for specifiers and contractors.<br> <br> The guide, which also carries IG's new branding, contains seven individual brochures. These combine to provide a detailed picture of the many lintel options and related products available from IG.<br> <br> Each type of standard and bespoke lintel produced by IG is covered in the new guide. This allows users to select the most appropriate type of lintel for their individual project, and to access detailed information on thermal, structural, operational and regulatory issues.<br> <br> Containing details of more than 150 lintel types, the guide provides specification details for six wall construction types across a range of loadings and configurations. It also explains the background to IG's new hi therm lintel and its options for stainless steel and specialist lintels.
