Housing Market Report, the industry’s monthly market and economic update, is being relaunched this month with a new look and new industry information. NHBC is joining forces with the Home Builders Federation and Housebuilder Media on the production of the report, increasing the amount of valuable market information in this key publication which will now include a wide range of key NHBC data on the market.<br> <br> Housing Market Report will cover:<br> ■ The economy and what it means for the housebuilding industry<br> ■ Indicators for consumer demand<br> ■ The results of the HBF survey of builders covering site visits and reservations<br> ■ Housing supply, government measures and more extensive analysis of NHBC data<br> ■ Transactions and mortgages<br> ■ Industry news<br> <br> As part of the changes, HBF director of economic affairs John Stewart will step back from his overall editorial role in the publication – which he established 18 years ago – but will continue to contribute each month to various sections of the new report. <br> <br> Subscription rates for the new Housing Market Report will stay the same, at £275 a year for HBF and Construction Products Association members and £325 for non-members.
