Broadcaster and journalist Simon Jack will chair this year’s Housing Market Intelligence Conference in London in October.
The Conference will examine the many challenges and opportunities facing the UK housebuilding sector and take a strategic overview of the industry while looking to chart a path ahead.
The Conference will also see the launch of the invaluable Housing Market Intelligence Report which will be given free to all delegates. The Report drills down into the subjects most concerning the housebuilding industry, and includes learned papers, analysis and data.
The Report also includes the Top 75 housebuilders list, with these companies rated in seven categories, including turnover, profit, units built, capital employed, stocks, land with permission, average selling price and people employed.
Neil Jefferson, chief executive of the Home Builders Federation, stressed the importance of the event for both information gathering and meeting industry colleagues. “Without doubt Housing Market Intelligence is the leading industry event of the year.
