Housing Forum chief executive Shelagh Grant and four other new members have joined Housebuilder’s editorial panel, which helps shape the ongoing direction of the magazine. Grant brings extensive knowledge of the housing and regeneration sectors, as does Andrew Charlesworth, chief executive of Regenter, a housing and regeneration business established by John Laing Social Infrastructure (JLSI) and Pinnacle Regeneration Group (PRG) in 2004 to deliver PFI projects. Brain Green, a journalist and consultant specialising in construction, housing and property and editor of the annual Housing Market Intelligence report has also joined, along with Design for Homes chief executive David Birkbeck and Housebuilder’s new finance editor, Steve Menary. Menary is formerly a City reporter at The Scotsman and also finance editor at Construction News.
