Housebuilder Media has launched a new award for 2019 designed to recognise those in the housebuilding industry who have gone the extra mile in the past year or more, achieving success or achievement beyond the norm.
The winner of The Housebuilder Star Award will have exceeded their normal duties and responsibilities in any aspect of the business in a way that has earned them recognition by their peers. This could include:
- Creating and launching a new initiative – be this to achieve commercial success or to improve the image or operation of their team/company
- Leading by example within a team
- Initiating charitable work or working with the community
- Customer-facing success or achievement
- Mentoring or managing staff effectively
- Showing support to peers
- Being a role model for others
The Housebuilder Star Award is open to all for entry now and could be won by an individual or team. It forms part of the Housebuilder Awards, which recognise excellence in all aspects of the industry. The Housebuilder Star Award will be presented alongside the other winners at The Housebuilder Awards presentation – a glamorous black tie evening in London on October 24.
