The finalists of The Housebuilder Awards 2017 have been revealed with small and medium housebuilders performing strongly across the 13 categories. Beechcroft and Spitfire are finalists in two categories and they join names such as Branley Homes, Lioncourt, Eccleston and Bayswater Homes in the final reckoning. Telford has four entries in the finals and Hill has two. Of the bigger players, Crest Nicholson features on the finalist list eight times across seven categories, McCarthy & Stone three times and Lendlease, Barratt, Miller, St Modwen and Countryside twice. The winners will be announced on the evening of Thursday November 2 2017, at The InterContinental London – The O2. Due to the overwhelming demand of previous years, finalists of the Housebuilder Awards are being given the first opportunity to book places. Finalists have priority booking for the first two weeks, prior to the tickets going on general release on Monday July 17.
