The finalists in the eleven categories of the 2013 Housebuilder Awards have been announced with Crest Nicholson and Linden leading the way with four nominations. McCarthy &amp; Stone and Redrow have three nominations while Audley Retirement, Barratt, Cala, Berkeley, Taylor Wimpey, Miller and PRP all have two finalists this year.<br> <br> Crest Nicholson, looking to continue a fine year having successfully refloated in February, is a finalist in the Best low or zero carbon category, Best community initiative, Best design (three storeys or fewer) and Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year. Linden is also a finalist for Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year and Best community initiative, as well contending for the Best regeneration project and Best customer satisfaction prizes. McCarthy &amp; Stone is a finalist in Best design (four storeys or more), Best retirement scheme and Best marketing.
