Entries are open until May 2 for the Housebuilder Awards 2025, the industry's own awards supported by the Home Builders Federation and NHBC.
The Housebuilder Awards are free to enter, with a deadline of Friday May 2 2025 in the following 12 categories:
Best customer satisfaction initiative
Best regeneration initiative
Best refurbishment project
Best community initiative
Best marketing initiative
Best staff development award
Best retirement scheme
Best design for three storeys or fewer
Best design for four storeys or more
Best sustainability initiative
The Housebuilder Star award
Subcontractor/services provider of the year
Categories one to 12 are available to enter.
The Small, Medium and Large Housebuilders of the Year will be chosen from entrants in categories one to 11.
The winners of the Housebuilder Product Awards, announced last week, will become the finalists for Product of the Year.
All finalists will be announced in early summer and invited to book their places for the Housebuilder Awards - an evening black tie ceremony on Thursday November 6 at the InterContinental London - The O2, where the winners will be revealed.
