The deadline for entries into the Housebuilder Awards 2024 has been extended to Friday May 17.
The Housebuilder Awards are the industry's own awards, supported by the Home Builders Federation and NHBC.
They are free to enter in the following 12 categories:
Best customer satisfaction initiative
Best regeneration initiative
Best refurbishment project
Best community initiative
Best marketing initiative
Best staff development award
Best retirement scheme
Best design for three storeys or fewer
Best design for four storeys or more
Best sustainability initiative
The Housebuilder Star award
Subcontractor/services provider of the year
Categories one to 12 are available to enter.
The Small, Medium and Large Housebuilders of the Year will be chosen from entrants in categories one to 11.
The winners of the Housebuilder Product Awards will become the finalists for Product of the Year.
The Housebuilder Awards finalists will be announced in July and the winners revealed at an evening black tie ceremony on Thursday October 31 at the InterContinental London - The O2.
