The finalists of The Housebuilder Awards 2025 have been announced, featuring a wide range of companies - small, medium and large.
The Barratt Group leads the way with eight finalists including two in Best design for three storeys or fewer and one in Best regeneration initiative.
Bellway has five finalists including competing in Best sustainability initiative and Best design for four storeys or more.
Keepmoat has three finalists including in The Housebuilder Star Awards as does Lovell, including in Best staff development.
Several companies boast finalists in two categories including Hill, HarperCrewe, Peabody, Vistry and Spitfire.
Once again, a significant number of SME firms are in the running for the Awards, including Banks, Strata and Latimer.
